We answer reader mail, corrections and topic suggestions by email. It is the only channel we run, and we read everything that arrives.

This is our registered business address for written correspondence. It is not a walk-in office, and we do not take visitors.

What we can help with
- Corrections. If something we published is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what and where and we will fix it.
- Topic suggestions. Questions about how a checkout mechanic, a promotion type or a scam pattern works are welcome and often become articles.
- Newsletter questions. The sign-up form on our home page runs entirely in your browser, so if you expected an email and none arrived, that is why.
- Privacy requests. Anything relating to our Privacy Policy should be sent to the address above.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, refunds and deliveries. We are not a retailer and have no visibility into anyone's account or order. Contact the shop directly.
- Supplying discount codes. We do not host, sell, generate or share codes, and we cannot make a code work for you.
- Paid placement. We do not sell coverage, links or mentions, so requests of that kind will not receive a reply.
- Urgent security incidents. If you believe your card or bank details have been exposed, contact your bank first — that is far faster than emailing us.
Writing to us
Please keep messages in English and include enough detail for us to understand the question. If your message concerns a specific article, naming the section it relates to helps a great deal. Never include card numbers, passwords, one-time codes or account credentials in an email to us or to anyone else.
